General Construction

Serving as the central authority on site, UCS self-performs the core of the work—including framing, drywall, fine carpentry, and finishes—using our own directly employed crews and in-house millwork shop. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes are integrated under a single, rigorous schedule. By eliminating reliance on a fragmented chain of subcontractors, we maintain absolute control over quality, timing, and the critical transitions between trades where complex projects typically falter.
Construction Management
As construction managers, we act as the owner’s advocate and technical representative from concept through closeout. We build and defend the project budget, vet trade bids, audit contracts, and review shop drawings strictly against design intent. While traditional management firms simply process paperwork, we apply a builder’s perspective—leveraging our real-world experience in pricing and sequencing to catch estimating gaps before they become costly field issues. The result is administrative and technical oversight that eliminates surprises and protects the owner's investment at every decision point.
Cabinetry & Millwork
Our outstanding millwork and cabinetry demonstrates meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail, seamlessly integrating functionality with exquisite design elements to enhance interior spaces. Post Construction
Our commitment to a project does not end at substantial completion. After managing final punch lists, inspections, and sign-offs, we transition our clients into dedicated care through hourly service contracts. This grants owners direct access to the same career tradespeople—not handymen—who originally built the space. Whether adjusting a custom millwork hinge, touching up a specialty finish, or handling routine building maintenance years down the line, the work is performed by skilled mechanics who already know the infrastructure of the property.
